Confidentiality​

 

Do not share what others have said about their journey outside the circle.  Confidentiality is a sign of respect, reverence and honor and must be upheld because people can be very vulnerable and have the right for privacy around their shares to be upheld.

Show gratitude, love and acceptance to all those present to help reinforce the sense of safety, nourishment and loving presence in the shared space.

Be Open to Receive

Be open to learn from others and consider different perspectives; never force your advice or perspectives on others.  Try to seek consent to share advice to someone if you feel like it would be helpful, but also be open to the fact that some may not want it.


Take Up Space

Give yourself permission to take up space; you deserve to be heard, recognized and honored.

Listen to understand rather than to respond. Keep it simple and allow your unconditional, loving presence to be felt first and foremost.

Be open to connection with those present, feeling into the space in your own pace and way. Everyone deserves to be honored in whatever stage they are in around this and to be shown respect around this as well.
