About alena bardey
My name is Alena Bardey and I am originally from Kyiv, Ukraine but grew up for most of my life in Indiana, USA and have been in Colorado for the last decade of my life. I have always practiced holistic wellness and healing modalities as my mother and grandparents have been strong practitioners of such things. Now I want to help others unearth the healing wisdom we all have buried deep inside of ourselves by being an integrative nutrition health and wellness coach.
I am also an artist and have most recently been an art teacher in public schools for the past few years. I practice all types of art making and always find a way to incorporate creativity in all aspects and facets of my life, and now my coaching practice. I know how helpful it is to have a coach and mentor to guide you along your path to your highest self, and asking for help can be absolutely pivotal and necessary to bring positive and transformational change into our lives
After much meditation and asking the universe to guide me to my true purpose, I came to discover a profound passion for the innate wisdom our bodies hold to heal themselves from the inside out. My practice is built on the belief that everyone is born with the capacity for wholeness. I meet you exactly where you are, and help guide you toward the best version of yourself through a creatively inspired, integrative approach. By weaving together holistic nutrition, experiential spirituality, art therapy and a nurturing non-judgmental approach, I’m here to help YOU manage and positively transform challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD burnout, and stress. I think the ripple effect of healing is so profoundly powerful because becoming a more aligned being affects every aspect of our lives and this affects everything around us. I cannot wait to help guide you out of your darkness and into your brightest light.

I will not rescue you,
for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
for you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness,
as you remember your light.
