This FREE 35 minute consultation will be the first step of our coaching journey together and is a requirement for starting a coaching program with me. I will ask you questions about your health history, learn about your goals and specific issues associated with your health and wellness journey and will give you more information on what I can offer you as your Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach.
